The Karen West Little Free Library at Poplar Bluff Housing Authority is sponsored by the Poplar Bluff Rotary Club. The Parks and Recreation department assisted PBHA in installing the library at Karen West. The library kicked off the project by installing two other libraries at Ferguson Grove Park and Wheatley School. We are very excited to be a part of this opportunity to bring broader access to books to our community.
