Resident Opportunities and Self Sufficiency

The ROSS program is a place-based program designed to assist those who live in the Poplar Bluff Housing Authority to make progress towards economic and housing self-sufficiency. ROSS Service Coordinators help remove barriers so that residents can improve their economic mobility, health outcomes, and overall quality of life. We offer assistance with family services, employment, education, money management, health services, food & nutrition, goal setting, transportation, and more!
