New Resident Orientation
PBHA must provide all applicants to the Public Housing program with a copy of customary rules and regulations upon receiving assistance, signing a lease and moving into a unit. These rules and regulations have been outlined in the presentation.
EACH FAMILY MEMBER MUST FOLLOW ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS AS LONG AS YOU LIVE IN THE PBHA PROPERTY. ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS MAY HAVE CONSEQUENCES, INCLUDING LEASE TERMINATION.
This certification states that you, the undersigned, and all adults within your household 18 years of age or older, have completed the New Resident Orientation Presentation. If you have any questions about this Orientation, you must contact PBHA for clarification prior to signing this form. As a participating applicant of the Low-Income Public Housing Program, you are aware that it is your responsibility to understand all the content and material in the presentation. If you do not have access to a computer to watch the online briefing, you may request that we mail you a printed copy or view the briefing at our facility by appointment only.
