Dear Residents,
The main office lobby is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:25 PM. We are strongly encouraging everyone to wear a mask and to follow the social distancing guidelines in our facility. The eviction moratorium expires on July 24, 2020, at 11:59 PM. All rent is due and payable per your Lease Agreement. All rent collection policies are in effect and late fees are applicable for all rents due as of August 1, 2020.
